Brows Correction

For brows previously done elsewhere that have faded to an unwanted tone or no longer suit your face, Heiley corrects the colour and re-designs the shape, covering the old work with a fresh result. The brows heal cleaner, more even and better balanced with your features.

The listed price applies to previously tattooed brows that have faded and need only minor shape adjustments. If your existing brow shape requires significant correction, or the pigment is very dark, dense or heavily saturated, additional removal or lightening may be needed and is not included in the correction price. Your brows must be assessed during a consultation, and all recommended services and costs will be explained before treatment.

Winged Eyeliner

Pigment is placed along the upper lash line and extended into a small, lifted wing at the outer corner. The effect is like freshly applied liquid liner — eyes look more defined and lifted, with no smudging and no daily re-drawing.

Please note: Eyelash extensions must be removed before your eyeliner appointment. Lash extensions cannot be applied on the same day as permanent eyeliner. Please allow at least 3 weeks of healing before booking lash extensions, subject to your artist’s assessment.

She will take a close look at your skin, your natural brows and lips, or any permanent makeup you already have, and talk honestly about what will work for you — this step matters most for correction work, where your existing pigment has to be assessed first. Your consultation includes a brow-shape preview drawn right on your face so you can see the design before anything is done, guidance on the technique and colour that suit you best, and clear answers to all your questions.

Heiley checks how the colour has settled, evens out any lighter areas, and refines the shape and soft gradient so the brows look balanced. Heiley reviews both the fine hairstrokes and the shading, tops up any areas that healed lighter, and blends the two techniques together. As founder and master artist, she personally designs and performs every treatment herself, never delegated and never rushed. With over 8 years of experience and award-winning work in permanent makeup, her precise eye for balance and soft, natural finish have made her a trusted name in Niagara Falls.

Based inside Palazzo Beauty Suites, Heiley specializes in hyper-realistic Nano Strokes and Nano Combo Brows, created with a modern machine-based technique for feathered results that frame the face perfectly. She is also known for advanced lip blush and lip neutralization, which turn dark or uneven lip tones into a soft, healthy glow. Clients come for beautifully considered results and return for the calm, personalized experience.

Prepare Beautifully

Before & after care

A little preparation — and gentle aftercare — makes a big difference to how your brows heal. These are the same instructions as our studio care posters below, written out in large print.

Before your appointment

Please do

Stay hydrated — drink plenty of water in the days before your appointment.
Keep skin clean — use a gentle cleanser, and arrive with no makeup on the brow area.
Tell us about your health — let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have any medical conditions, or are taking medications.
Leave brow hair alone — no waxing, threading, or tweezing; do not remove hair 3–5 days before your appointment.
Get a good night's sleep — rest well so your skin is in the best condition.

Please don't

No alcohol for at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
No caffeine — no coffee, tea, energy drinks, or pre-workout for 24–48 hours.
No blood thinners — do not take aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, or any blood-thinning medications for at least 5–7 days (if possible). Never stop a prescribed medication without asking your doctor first.
No strong skincare treatments — no chemical peels, laser, microdermabrasion, or strong exfoliating products for at least 7 days.
Avoid excessive sun — minimize direct sun and tanning for at least 3–5 days before your appointment.

Important — skin condition

Please do not come in if you have active skin infections, rash, eczema, or severe acne around the brow area.
If you have a history of keloids or hypertrophic scars, please inform us before booking.
Let us know if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical conditions.

Permanent makeup is not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding — please consult your physician.

Aftercare & healing

For beautiful, long-lasting results, follow these essentials while your brows heal and allow the pigment to settle naturally.

Do

Use the ointment 1–2 times a day for 7 days.
Keep the brows clean and dry for the first 24 hours.
After 24 hours, you can wash your face normally — gently pat dry.
Sleep on your back (if possible).
Be patient — the final result will show in about 6 weeks.

Don't

Do not pick, scratch, or rub the scabs.
Avoid makeup on the brow area for at least 7–10 days.
Avoid swimming, sauna, hot tub, and ocean for 2 weeks.
Avoid alcohol, coffee, and blood thinners for 24–48 hours.
Do not get facials, chemical peels, laser, or waxing near the brows for at least 2 weeks.

The healing process — what to expect, day by day

Days 1–3

Brows look darker and more defined. Slight redness and swelling are normal.

Days 4–5

Light scabbing and flaking. Do not pick or rub.

Days 6–7

Scabs start to fall off. Colour may look lighter and uneven.

Day 8+

Brows look softer and lighter (about 30–40% lighter). Final result in about 6 weeks.

Heiley Beauty – Deposit & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure the smooth scheduling and quality of service for all clients, please review our studio policies before booking:

Deposit

PMU: $100
Lashes & Brows Extensions: $30
Lash Lift: $20
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to two times within 60 days of your original appointment date, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice for each change. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.
A third rescheduling request, a request made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment may result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit may be required to book another appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.

Touch-Up Policy

Everything about touch-ups — what a touch-up is, when to book it, what it costs, and how refresh pricing works over time.

How touch-ups work

A touch-up is not included in your initial service. Permanent makeup heals in two steps, and a touch-up (perfecting) session is a separate appointment with its own fee — it is not included in the initial service price.
Not everyone needs a touch-up. Healing varies for each person — depending on your skin type and how your skin retains pigment, a touch-up may be needed or may not be needed.
Recommended timing: 6–8 weeks after your first session. This allows your brows or lips enough time to fully heal so we can perfect the shape and colour.
A touch-up session refreshes and enhances your healed results for long-lasting beauty — it is not a technical check, and healed results vary with each person's skin, aftercare, and lifestyle.

Powder / Ombré touch-upThe perfecting session for your powder / ombré brows, booked after your first session. Heiley checks how the colour has settled, evens out any lighter areas, and refines the shape and soft gradient so the brows look balanced. It is the finishing step that completes the powder brow look.	$99
Combo touch-upThe perfecting session for your combo brows, booked after your first session. Heiley reviews both the fine hairstrokes and the shading, tops up any areas that healed lighter, and blends the two techniques together. The result is fuller brows with hair-like strokes over a soft shaded finish.	$100
Nano touch-upThe perfecting session for your nano brows, booked after your first session. Heiley looks over each fine hairstroke, re-draws any that faded, and adjusts the colour so the strokes sit naturally among your own brow hairs. It keeps that soft, hair-like finish looking fresh and even.	$100
Lip Blush touch-upThe perfecting session for your lip blush, booked after your first session. Heiley checks the healed colour, evens out the tone across both lips, and deepens any spots that healed lighter. It completes the soft, even wash of colour from your first session.	$100

12–18 months: a refresh is 50% price — 50% of the full price.
After 2 years: the full price applies.
